I would be seeking a much better Carter/Kohler fully adjustable unit. Those carb parts I listed are for the Carter/Kohler style carb. CubNub: I re-powered my 782 with an M18, and I'm very happy with it, but it wasn't a motor that came from a Cub Cadet, and it needed several "adaptations" not least of which was the crankshaft diameter at the PTO (Cub Cadet uses 1-1/8" ID PTO). The mower 44" mower deck had rust on it, the seat was shredded, the paint was faded, and it had the wrong rear tires and mismatched front ones.
