The Franchi just has a little more distance between the grip and the trigger. One other difference is the forearm is slimmer on the m2, but I have zero issues with the forearm on the affinity. Both are high quality guns.

I'm personally a super black eagle fan boy so if you have the money I'd recommend that. But in all honesty they're both great guns that run on the same inertia operating system.
