Skill/Arcane threaded cane build viable? Been wanting to use a new build that utilizes hunter tools but can use skill weapons as well. Saw the threaded cane has good scaling for both stats needed. I'm thinking 40 skill and 40 arcane with one physical gem, one arcane gem, and one attack up gem.

There arent good waning arcanes so going for two 23,1% radials and a 27,2% is usually optimal for arcane BUT on cane triple arc%+flat arc gets higher ar, so normal cane+10 is the way to go with arc%+arc.
