At Paris Baguette bakery, I worked as a bakery prepper for 5 months as full time employee. On average, I worked 30 hours per week, 5 days. For my former bakery,Fridays and Saturdays were the busiest (would do at least 7 hours shift). The rest of my days would be 4-6 hours. The job becomes repetitive after 2 weeks of working.
