As a ex hydroid main (that still plays him occasionally) i think he needs a complete rework overhal. The only ability I think should stay are his 3, wich should be merged with his 2 and given the grendel treatment (does more damage per second, cant grab a ton of enemies and has better movement. Dashing makes activates his current 2).With Hydroid, you kinda have to start from scratch as none of his Abilities are good nor fun, except for maybe his post-buffs 2. That said, I really do want a Hydroid Rework as I agree that he has lots of potential as the "horrors the deep" water themed Warframe.
