My internal medicine shelf is quickly approaching. This is my first shelf, and I honestly don't know what to expect. I have done 900 uworld questions (64% avg) and have done 2 practice nbmes and scored in the 80s. Is the real deal like the practice nbmes? I plan on finishing all of the nbmes but wanted advice on what else to do leading up.
