Same thing happened last week on a college visit when I forgot to take my afternoon/eve pill until 10pm. It was also a few hrs after taking my 3rd Kratom dose for the day. What’s throwing me off is that this started again last night at 11pm (about 2hrs after my 3rd Kratom dose) but I had taken the last Gabapentin at 2:30pm.
