My exam cut off at 60 and I completed the exam around 45 minutes give or take. It is likely that because you finished so quickly that is why your results are on hold.If you get a message saying that your payment was declined, it is the "bad" pop-up and indicates that you did not pass. Rarely, people get the bad pop-up and actually have passed, but you will never get the good pop-up if you failed.
