Dec 20, 2019 · New-to-pistol shooter here. I snagged a Security-9 a few weeks ago along with a M&P Shield 9. Both were on sale and the gun shop folks spoke highly of them for the price. I’m having nothing but issues with the Security-9, though. From the second shooting session onwards (now up to 10), it will fail to eject about every fourth casing from the ... So, I have yet to fire the gun, but when you rack the slide and put one in the chamber, it works fine. Rack it again, and the round goes to eject, but gets jammed at an angle and takes a good bit of work to get the round out. Either that, or the round gets stuck completely sideways in the gun. Every now and then it ejects perfectly fine.
