So on Wednesday, we had a power outage from a storm, and once we got power back none of my Fios services were online. I’ve tried rebooting the router, cycling power to the ONT, and nothing connects. Verizon says they’re not seeing power to the ONT, and can’t send a tech out til Tuesday. The only light lit up on the ONT is the PWR light. Go outside and open the customer access panel on the ONT. there’s gonna be a bunch of LED indicators and they should be lit. If no lights are light than it is indeed a power issue. Look for a light that says fail and another light that says optical. Optical should be green and fail should be off.
