The fixer has flat extra damage over the base assault rifle. It has a stealth bonus for you, and a sneak speed bonus. With the ability to put a suppressor and a good mag it is the best option for a stealth based commando (full-auto) build. There are better options if you don't use stealth, or if you use semi-auto. 3.
