We have been living in a hand-made treehouse at Yuquiyú Farm and Garden for three lovely days. We came from New York, ready to relax, unwind, and refresh clutching a carry-on full of computers, cables, smartphones, and a double list of to-dos. What? The treehouse was equipped nicely and the bed was comfortable. I was worried about it being too hot, but it was comfortable. The location is absolutely gorgeous, the staff were amazing, and the guest houses were perfect! We loved being able to eat fresh fruit from the rainforest, take a shower surrounded by nature, wake up with the sunshine, and fall asleep with the sounds of coqui frogs and other rainforest creatures. While Yuquiyu is set up for couples, we brought our 8 year old child along with us. We had a lovely time together and an adventure we'll always remember.
