The 795 is a great vehicle for appleseed. Just because lots of people get sucked into 10/22s for the aftermarket parts doesn't mean its a better rifle. The 795 is easily more accurate out of the box than a 10/22, cost less, and is a heck of a lot of fun to shoot. It's shooting a couple of inches to the right, so I apparently need to tap the rear sight base to the left.
