I have changed textures, 5Ghz and/or 2.4Ghz, Unplugging router, selecting performance mode on PS5 and still getting issues. It was fine on the first day playing, now all of a sudden I'm lagging like crazy. PL is different from lag because the packets of information that are being communicated are literally just lost, never received by the recipient. Same here, unplayable. Just went through an entire game of shipment with 8 kills and 28 deaths. I am the one with 50+ kills most of the times. Lags every time I see an enemy. Most the time I dont even see the enemy it just appears. It is ridiculous after the update.

First, some important info for PC users ONLY: When MW2 runs and it says packet burst, it just means there is a performance issue. It does NOT necessarily mean it is internet connection related.
